Terms of Use

To ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable experience for all guests, and to ensure the smooth operation of our campsite, we have established the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
※ By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

For All Guests

Staff on Site

9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Upon Arrival

Please park at your reserved site, then check in at the reception.

Check-in

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Check-out

Tent Sites → 11:00 AM
Bungalows / Cottages / Trailers → 10:00 AM

※ For bungalows, cottages, and trailers, please return the key to the post box upon departure. This also applies when staff are absent or on our regular closing day (Tuesdays).
※ Late check-out is available until 12:00 PM for an additional fee of ¥1,500.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

※ During quiet hours, please keep voices low and be mindful of noise from chopping wood, moving vehicles, and opening/closing doors.

Cars & Parking

  • Parking: One vehicle per site (please park within your reserved area)
  • Speed limit: 8 km/h or less within the campsite
  • Vehicle entry/exit: No later than 9:00 PM as a general rule

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at our facility.

  • Open fires directly on the ground and the use of gasoline-powered equipment are prohibited.
  • The use of easily windblown tinder during campfires or BBQ is prohibited. (e.g. paper, cloth, dry leaves)
  • Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests, including playing musical instruments, loud car stereos, engine idling, screaming, or excessive noise.
  • Aerial fireworks, bottle rockets, firecrackers, and spinning fireworks are prohibited. (※ Handheld sparklers only, until 9:00 PM, at the designated area)
  • Walking around in a state of undress or underwear, or exposing tattoos.
  • Entry by members of organized crime groups.
  • Overnight stays by junior or senior high school students without adults.
  • Any acts that violate or may violate public order, morals, or applicable laws.
  • Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests or neighboring residents.
  • Sending luggage or camping equipment by courier to our facility that cannot fit in your vehicle. (We will refuse delivery.)
  • Spraying insect repellent, pesticides, salt, or similar substances.
  • Damaging trees or collecting plants. (Pouring boiling water at the base of trees is also prohibited.)
  • Entering or cutting through other guests’ sites is prohibited.
  • Please do not lean against or sit on wooden fences or ropes. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.

Requests & Guidelines

Waste Disposal

Please sort your waste and dispose of it in the waste bins near the exit after check-out.

  • Burnable waste
  • Non-burnable waste
  • PET bottles / Cans / Glass bottles

Charcoal & Ash Disposal

Please ensure charcoal and ash are completely extinguished before disposing of them in the designated area.

Valuables & Keys

Please take responsibility for managing your own valuables and keys.

※ We cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.

※ If you lose your key, please notify a staff member immediately.

※ A replacement fee of ¥3,300 (tax included) will be charged in the event of a lost key.

Alcohol

Please drink responsibly and avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

Noise at Night

Please be considerate of others and minimize noise at night, including the sound of opening and closing doors.

Facility Use

Hot Water Showers

Please make a reservation by writing your site number and name on the reservation sheet in the shower room before use.

※ 20 minutes per person / Free of charge

Table Tennis

Please make a reservation at the reception to use the table tennis tables.

※ 30-minute sessions / Free of charge

Cottage Bedding

Please use the inner sleeping bag liner provided when using the bedding.

※ Sleeping bag liners will not be replaced during multi-night stays.

Cottage Equipment

Appliances, cooking utensils, tableware, and detergent inside the cottage are available for your free use.

Kids’ Play Area

The kids’ play area is available during designated hours.

※ Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Nature & Safety

  • To prevent wildlife and insects, please do not leave garbage or food unattended while sleeping.
  • A fishing permit from the Tomita River Fishery Cooperative is required to fish for ayu, amago trout, Japanese mitten crab, and other species.

For Tent Site Guests

  • The power outlet capacity is limited to 2kW. Please be careful not to exceed this limit.
  • In the event of thunder, please take shelter in your vehicle immediately.
  • Please secure your tent and tarp firmly with pegs and ropes.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Security cameras are installed throughout the campsite. Footage may be provided to relevant authorities if deemed necessary.
  • If damage or malfunction to our facilities causes significant disruption to our operations, you may be held responsible for the cost of repairs and restoration.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any incidents including theft, accidents, injuries, or insect-related damage.
  • Use of the kids’ play area equipment, rivers, and streams is entirely at your own risk.
  • Please take appropriate safety precautions such as wearing a life jacket when playing in the river.

Special Notice: Nankai Trough Earthquake Emergency Information

Even in the event that “Nankai Trough Earthquake Emergency Information” is issued, government authorities recommend that the public “remain calm and continue with normal daily activities.” Therefore, if the campsite continues to operate as usual, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

However, if we are compelled to suspend operations due to a natural disaster or safety concerns determined by the Japan Meteorological Agency, local authorities, or our facility, a full refund of your accommodation fee will be issued.
※ We are unable to compensate for transportation costs or any other related expenses.

In the event of facility closure, a decision will be made by 12:00 PM the day before and announced on our website.

Thank you for reading through our terms to the end. If a guest is found to be in violation of these rules and does not comply with staff instructions, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises. In cases deemed seriously inappropriate by our staff, we will contact the police immediately. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pet Policy

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have established our “Dog Policy.” Please read this together with the “For All Guests” section above.

Before You Book

  • Please inform us that you will be bringing a dog at the time of booking. ※ There is a pet information field in the online booking form.
  • A separate dog fee will apply. For details, please see here.
  • Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Eligible Dogs

  • Your dog must be up to date on vaccinations (rabies and combination vaccines).
  • ※ Proof of vaccination is not required to be presented.
  • ※ We are unable to guarantee that all dogs on site have been vaccinated.
  • Your dog must be free from skin conditions, contagious diseases, or other illnesses.
  • Your dog must be free from significant flea or tick infestations.
  • Dogs of breeds that may cause fear in others (such as fighting breeds) will not be permitted.
  • Your dog must have basic training, including toilet training and control of excessive barking.

Dog Policy

  • Please keep a close eye on your dog at all times and take every precaution to prevent accidents.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash of no more than 120cm within the campsite. Please ensure the leash does not extend beyond your site or onto pathways.
  • To prevent accidents, please do not leave your dog unattended. If your dog must be left alone in the accommodation, please use a crate or cage.
  • Please clean up after your dog immediately and rinse the area with water. This is the owner’s responsibility.
  • Please refrain from brushing your dog within the campsite.
  • Please do not allow your dog to use the provided bedding. A cleaning fee of ¥5,000 will be charged if a dog soils any futon or cushion.
  • A replacement fee of ¥10,000 will be charged if a dog soils a mattress.
  • The owner is fully responsible for any incidents caused by their dog within the campsite. We cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
