How To Book
Reservations are accepted online only,
a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
(If you do not receive it, please contact us by phone.)
Cancellation Policy
Please note the following cancellation fees apply after booking is confirmed:

Cancellations must be made online by the guest. If the number of nights or units is reduced, cancellation fees apply to the reduced portion. If you change to a different accommodation type and the price changes, the difference must be paid.
Natural Disaster Policy
If Sam’s Camp must close due to a natural disaster or safety concern, a full refund of accommodation charges will be issued. Travel costs and related expenses are not included.
Closure decisions will be announced on our website by 12:00 PM on the day before arrival.
